Website content

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but product descriptions, contents and images are indicative. The final contents and presentation of any hamper are confirmed in your written quotation and may vary with availability.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

An enquiry is a request for information, not an order. Corporate pricing is provided by written quotation and is based on quantity, contents, customisation and delivery. An order is confirmed only when you accept the quotation, and the terms stated in the quotation apply, including any validity period, payment terms and cancellation terms.

Customisation

Customisation is subject to approval of artwork and wording, availability and minimum quantities. You are responsible for ensuring that any logo or content you provide can be lawfully used.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore. Delivery dates and windows are agreed in the quotation. You are responsible for providing accurate addresses, contact details and any access requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, building access restrictions or events outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The content, design and images on this website belong to Corporate Hamper or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
